The 14 allergens that must be declared and how we mark them on the menu.
How we mark them
In Switzerland, fourteen allergens must be declared. On our menu, each dish lists those its recipe contains, sauces and sides included. When an option adds an allergen, it is shown under that option.
- The composition of each dish is kept up to date on its page and on the online menu.
- The menu’s “Leave out dishes containing” filter hides the dishes that contain the chosen allergen.
- In the dining room, the team knows what goes into the dishes of the day and checks with the kitchen at the slightest doubt.
Tell us everything
Tell us about any allergy or intolerance when you book or order, then remind us when you arrive. We can adapt many dishes, but not all of them: we will tell you honestly.
