A seasonal table facing Lake Geneva
DemoResto is a lakeside house where people come for the view and come back for the food. The menu follows the market: Lake Geneva perch delivered in the morning, vegetables from local market gardeners, game in autumn and Lavaux wines.
People come for lunch on weekdays, dine on the terrace on summer evenings and gather sixteen strong in the private room for special occasions.

Game season is open
Every autumn, the menu turns to game: venison stew, red deer medallions, house-made spätzli, red cabbage and pears in wine. A Swiss tradition our chef revisits without betraying it.

Mathis Delacour
Trained in kitchen brigades in Geneva and Lyon, Mathis Delacour cooks what the region offers at the right moment: perch in spring, garden herbs in summer, game and mushrooms in autumn.
His cooking is precise without showing off. Sauces are finished to order, the spätzli are made every morning and the menu changes as soon as the market does.
A good plate starts with the producer, long before the kitchen.
