An evening to understand what gives Lavaux wines their character, from the terraced vineyards that run down to the lake. Inès Duval, our sommelier, has chosen six wines from winemakers she knows well, including two Chasselas of the same vintage from two neighbouring villages.
The tasting takes place at the large table in the dining room, in a small group. Each wine is introduced, tasted and discussed; connoisseurs and the simply curious are equally welcome.
