How long is the gift card valid?
Two years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card.
Can it be used over several visits?
Yes. We deduct the amount from the bill and the balance remains available until the expiry date.
How does the recipient receive it?
You receive the card as a PDF by email: print it or forward it. Just show it, printed or on a phone.
Is the gift card refundable?
No, but it can be given to someone else. If it is lost, we send it again using its code.
Can I buy it at the restaurant?
Yes, at the reception during opening hours, or by phone.
